The insert without trimming fits the size 46, what is not marked on its surface. Thin power cords do not cause discomfort and are connected to power supply placed in special leg bands with pockets for storage. Velcro straps allow to attach them around the leg. In addition to thermal properties, the insoles are made of elastic material that provides additional cushioning for the feet.
